Why I’m Running for the Board For too long, our voices have been ignored, our voting rights stripped away, and our cooperative mismanaged. Critical decisions have been made without transparency, and shareholders have been denied their right to vote, obstructed from meeting, and prevented from holding leadership accountable.

Hold Management Accountable – End property mismanagement and financial waste. Improve Property Maintenance & Security – No more neglected repairs or safety risks. Ensure Financial Transparency – Shareholders deserve a more clear financial reporting and spending justification.
This is our home, and we must ensure that it is managed with integrity, fairness, and accountability.
